Is there a delivery charge for sheds outside St. Paul?
We offer free delivery for sheds within 50 miles of St. Paul, MN. Beyond that, it’s just $3/mile—affordable for all shed buyers!
 
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit is due when you approve your Minnesota shed builder estimate. The rest is due on completion. We take cash, check, and major credit cards—no financing yet.
 
What kind of warranty comes with your custom shed?
Midwest Shed LLC offers a lifetime warranty on all sheds in Minnesota, covering defects and craftsmanship. Contact us anytime with questions!
 
Do I need a permit for my shed?
Permits are your responsibility, but we’re here to help. Most sheds under 200 sq ft don’t need one in Minnesota—check local zoning with your city.
 
Do you offer painting?
We don’t paint, but offer LP ExpertFinish and DiamondKote siding options. These custom finishes may extend lead times slightly.
